Our self-storage units are protected by heavy permitere fencing, personalized gate and entry door access, video surveillance and high-quality lighting. 

Yes we sure do! All of our exterior units are drive-up accessible, making loading and unloading very convenient. No steps to tackle!

Climate control allows tenants to store items in a temperature-controlled environment indoors. Whether it is hot or cold outside, the temperature of these units roughly stays the same all throughout the year. This feature helps you keep your items just like you left them. 

Before moving items into your storage unit, double check that all items are safe to store. Here is a quick rundown of items that we allowed to be stored at Comfy Cubes Storage:

CONSTRUCTION, LANDSCAPING, & OTHER SERVICE TOOLS

Do you operate a construction, landscaping or other service business that requires tools and equipment? You can store those items at Comfy Cubes Storage. If you are unsure of what is marked “safe to store,” please reach out to us by phone or e-mail. Here is a quick rundown of items we do allow:

OFFICE DOCUMENTS / FURNITURE

Are you always running out room storing your files? We can relate! Those files every business owner must keep, to stay compliant can get in the way. New office furniture, but keeping the old, no problem. Store them with us at Comfy Cubes Storage!

Some items may seem as though they’re safe to store at home or at your business, but we don’t allow them at Comfy Cubes Storage. Here’s a quick rundown of the items that we do NOT allow to be stored:

COMBUSTIBLE, FLAMMABLE, HAZARDOUS, OR TOXIC MATERIALS

Any liquids or materials that are considered inherently dangerous should not be kept in your storage unit. That includes, but is not limited to:

• gasoline • compressed gas • propane tanks • kerosene • lamp & motor oil • acid • grease • corrosives • fertilizers • paint • cleaners • narcotics • fireworks • products containing asbestos • radioactive equipment or supplies • hazardous, toxic or biological waste

ILLEGAL, RESTRICTED OR DANGEROUS ITEMS

Storage units are meant for safe, lawful belongings, not for hiding or holding restricted materials. Storing illegal or questionable items is PROHIBITED at Comfy Cubes Storage, and a serious legal offense that can result in fines, eviction or even criminal charges. Here is a quick rundown of those prohibited items:

illegal goods – counterfeit merchandise, stolen property or illicit substances • unregistered or restricted items – firearms without proper permits, unlicensed medical supplies or controlled chemicals • hazardous materials – anything that violates local, state or federal safety codes, such as toxic waste or biological materials • firearms and ammunition – including unloaded or locked weapons • explosives or pyrotechnics – no fireworks, gunpowder or flare guns • weapon accessories

PERISHABLE FOOD

Perishable food (including pet food) is not allowed to be kept at Comfy Cubes Storage. The storage of produce, meat and any item that may spoil can attract unwanted pests and will result in the immediate termination of your lease agreement.

PLANTS

The storage of plants (living or dead) is prohibited in any unit at Comfy Cubes Storage. Plants can attract pests and cause an infestation to both your unit and the units of other customers at our facility.

TIRES

In the event you have extra tires, meaning more than the 4 attached to your vehicle, you may NOT use a storage unit to keep those extras. The cost to dispose of tires can be substantial to facility owners and the difficulty in putting out a tire fire (should they catch fire) can create a larger problem.

YOU OR YOUR ANIMALS

The most important prohibited items! No matter what, you or any animal you own is prohibited from living in your storage unit at Comfy Cubes Storage. It is ILLEGAL, and it puts you and other customers at risk. DON’T DO IT!

Yes! In fact, paying online is the only payment option offered. Not only can you pay online, but you can rent your unit and move in all with our easily accessible self-service platform. For more information regarding payments and rentals please contact us!

All tenants are required to provide their own locks. We suggest using a disc lock, as they are the most secure. If you lose your key or combination, you must contact management for lock removal. Tenants are prohibited from cutting locks off of any units at Comfy Cubes Storage. 

There are set access hours to enter the facility. We do not allow 24-hour access for the safety of our facility and tenant belongings. All tenants may access the facility Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-11:00pm. The gate and entry door access will be inoperable outside of the granted access hours.
