1. Payment and Fees: The rental fee for your storage unit must be paid in full on the due date specified in your rental agreement. If your payment is not received on time, your storage unit may be locked, and additional fees may be charged.

1. Termination of Rental: Comfy Cubes Storage reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, non-payment of rent or violation of these terms and conditions.

1. Liability: Comfy Cubes will not be liable for any damages or losses to the contents of your storage unit. We recommend that you obtain insurance for your stored items.

1. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Comfy Cubes Storage reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website and storage rental units will constitute as acceptance of any new or modified terms and conditions.

1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in WV without giving expect to any principles of conflicts of law.
